個人情報の第三者への非開示について

当社は、お客様からご提供いただきました個人情報を、次のいずれかの場合を除いては、第三者に対して開示いたしません。

• お客様の同意がある場合。
• お客様に明示した利用目的を実現するために、事前に秘密保持契約を締結した当社の関連会社や業務委託先等に必要な範囲で開示する場合。
• お客様個人を特定できない状態に加工した統計的なデータとして利用する場合。
• 法令等により開示を求められた場合。
• 人の生命、身体または財産等の重大な利益を保護するために緊急に必要がある場合。

個人情報の管理について

当社は、お客様からご提供いただきました個人情報は適切かつ慎重に管理し、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏えい等を防止するために必要かつ適切な対策を実施いたします。

個人情報の確認、訂正、削除などについて

お客様からご提供いただきました個人情報について、お客様ご自身が確認、訂正または削除等を希望される場合には、お客様に対する当社窓口までご連絡ください。第三者による個人情報の改ざんを防止する為、ご連絡いただいた方がお客様ご自身であることを当社にて確認できた場合に限り、合理的な範囲で対応させていただきます。

クッキーについて

EZTサービスプライバシーポリシー

このプライバシーポリシーでは、お客様（※１）及びＥZTを利用するホスト（※２）または参加者（※３）（以下、ホストと参加者をあわせて「エンドユーザー」といいます）が当社が提供するＥZTを使用する際に、当社がお客様及びエンドユーザーから収集した個人データを当社がどのように使用するかを説明します。
なお、サービスに対するお問い合わせや当社ホームページの利用など、ＥZTの直接的な利用にかかわらない個人情報の取得については、テクノホライゾン株式会社エルモカンパニー ホームページをご参照ください。

当社が取得する個人情報とその使用方法

（１）エンドユーザーから取得する情報
当社はエンドユーザーがアカウントを登録する際に、同意もしくは正当な利益（当社からエンドユーザーに対するサービス提供のため）にもとづき次の情報を取得します。
名前・生年月日・電話番号・メールアドレス・ユーザＩＤとパスワード・言語設定・アバターのプロファイル写真（オプション）・部署（以上の各情報を以下では「アカウントユーザーデーター」といいます。）
これらの情報は、サービスにエンドユーザーを登録するため、ミーティングの参加者にエンドユーザーのアバターを表示するため、エンドユーザーにサポートを提供するため、ソフトウェアの更新・アップグレードおよびシステムの機能強化に関連する連絡を行うため、当社のイベント情報を提供するために使用されます。

（２）お客様から取得する情報 お客様が本サービスを注文する際、同意もしくは正当な利益（当社からお客様に対するサービス提供のため）にもとづきアカウントユーザーデーターに加えて、以下の情報を取得します。
請求先名・請求先電話番号・請求先住所・支払方法・会社名（該当する場合）・従業員数（該当する場合）
これらの情報は、アカウントの作成、本サービスの提供、サポートへの依頼に対する対応、ソフトウェアの更新・アップグレードおよびシステムの機能強化に関する連絡を行うために使用されます。

お客様及びエンドユーザーは、ご自身の裁量で個人情報の提供を拒否することができます。ただし、個人情報を提供しないと特定のサービスが利用できない場合があります。

個人情報の共有方法

当社は、本サービスを提供するため、本サービス委託先のZoom Video Communications, Inc.（以下「Zoom社」といいます。）に個人情報を提供します。

当社がお客様からの注文を処理する際、不正参照を防ぐために信用照会機関にデータを送信したり、信用照会機関からの結果情報を使用することがあります。

個人情報のアクセス、使用、保存、または開示が次の目的のために合理的に必要である場合は、当社は当社以外の企業、組織、または個人と個人情報を共有します。

• 裁判所、規制当局及び他の政府機関からの問い合わせ等、有効な法的プロセスに対応するため
• サービス規約を履行するため（潜在的な違反の可能性の調査を含む）。
• 不正行為、セキュリティ、技術的な問題を検出、防止、その他の方法で対処するため
• 人命の喪失、または重傷事故を防ぐ対策を含め、法律による要請または許可に従って、危害あるいは脅威から、当社、ユーザーまたは公衆の権利、資産、安全を保護するため

データの保存方法

お客様から提供された個人情報を適切かつ慎重に管理し、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏洩を防ぐために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
当社は、適用法によってより長い保持期間が要求されない限り、本声明で明記したことを実行するために必要とされる間だけ個人情報を保持します。保持期間を決定するために使用される基準は次のとおりです。

• 当社がお客様に当社のサービスを提供している期間（たとえば、お客様が当社にアカウントを持っている間、または当社のサービスを使い続けている間）;
• 当社がデータを保持する法的義務を有しているかどうか（たとえば、特定の法律では、トランザクションを削除する前に、トランザクションの記録を一定期間保持する必要がある）
• 当社の法的立場に照らして、保持が推奨されるかどうか（適用される法令、訴訟、規制調査など）。

海外への移転

当社がお客様ならびにエンドユーザーから個人データを収集する際に、当該個人データはEU域内から日本に移転します。（なお、移転先である日本は、欧州委員会による十分性認定を受けております。）

上記の他、本サービスがグローバルで展開している特性上、お客様ならびにエンドユーザーの個人情報は、お客様の居住地よりもデータ保護法の基準が低い国に送信される、またはそのような国で保存される場合があります。この場合、当社は、欧州委員会の標準契約条項の締結等により、個人情報を保護するための適切な対応を行います。

マーケティング

当社は、お客様の事前の合意があれば、お客様が好むと思われる当社の製品およびサービスに関する情報と、パートナー企業の情報をお送りしたいと思います。

情報の受信に同意後、いつでもオプトアウトできます。

お客様には、マーケティング目的で当社に連絡したり、当社グループの他のメンバーにデータを提供したりすることを当社が停止する権利があります。

EZT Privacy Policy

This privacy policy will explain how TECHNO HORIZON processes the personal data collected from the customers (*1) (hereinafter referred as “You”) and host (*2) or participants (*3) who use EZT (hereinafter, the host and the participants together are referred to as "End Users") use the EZT Service provided by TECHNO HORIZON when You and End Users use the EZT.

Personal data we process

(1) Personal data from End Users
When an End User registers an account, TECHNO HORIZON obtains the following data based on consent or a legitimate interest (for providing services to the end user from us):
Name, date of birth, phone number, email address, user ID and password, language setting, avatar profile picture (optional), department (the above information is referred to as "account user data" below).
This data is processed in order to register End Users with the service, display end user avatars to meeting participants, provide support to end users, provide announcements regarding software updates/upgrades and system enhancements, and provide our event information.

(2) Your personal data
When you order this Service, TECHNO HORIZON obtains your account user data and the following data based on consent or a legitimate interest (for providing services to You from us).
Billing name, billing phone, billing address, payment method, company name (if applicable) and employee count (if applicable).
This information is processed in order to create an EZT account, provide the Service, respond to requests for support, provide announcements regarding software updates/upgrades and system enhancements.

You and End users may refuse to provide personal data at their own discretion. However, if personal data is not provided, you and End Users may not be able to use certain services.

How we share personal data

In order to provide this service, we will provide Your and End Users’ personal data to Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Zoom"), which is the outsourcing agent of this service.

When we process your order, we, from time to time, send data to a credit reference agency to prevent fraudulent references or may use the resulting information from a credit reference agency.

We will share your personal data with other companies, organizations, or individuals when it is reasonably necessary to access, use, store, or disclose it for the following purposes:
- to respond to valid legal processes, such as inquiries from courts, regulators and other government agencies
- to enforce the Terms of Service (including investigation of potential violations)
- to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues
- to protect the rights, assets, and safety of our company, users, or the public from harm or threat in accordance with legal requirements or permits, including measures to prevent loss of life or serious injury.

Retention

We will properly and carefully manage the personal data provided by You and End Users, and will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal data.
We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to carry out what is stated in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. The criteria used to determine the retention period are as follows:
- The period of time during which we provide our services to you (for example, while you have an account with us or while you continue to use our service).
- Whether we have a legal obligation to retain your data (for example, certain laws require to keep records of transaction for a certain period of time before deleting it)

International Data Transfer

When we process personal data from You and End Users, that personal data is transferred from within the EU to Japan. (Japan has been ensured by the European Commission as the destination of relocation with an adequate level of data protection.)
In addition to the above, due to the global expansion of this service, your and your end users’ personal data may be sent to countries where the standards of data protection law are lower than the place of your or your end users’ residences. In this case, we will take appropriate measures to protect personal data, such as by concluding Standard Contract Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
